Is this legal advice?
No. RefundThis is a writing tool, not a lawyer or law firm. It helps you say clearly what happened and what you want, using your own documents. For injuries, evictions, lawsuits, identity theft or large amounts, we don't write a letter; we point you to free legal help instead.
Will it make things up?
It's built not to. Every number, date and reference in the letter is checked against what you gave us; anything that doesn't match is replaced with a [FILL IN] for you to complete. Legal rights come only from our checked list. Still: read every line before you send it.
What happens to my documents?
Uploads are deleted as soon as they've been read (never kept more than an hour). Your case is deleted after 7 days, or sooner if you delete it.
