You review and send. Drafts can contain errors. You are responsible for checking every fact, date and amount, completing [FILL IN] markers, and deciding whether and how to send anything. Don't use RefundThis to make false claims or to harass anyone.
Your content. Upload only documents you have the right to share. Don't upload full card numbers, bank credentials or government ID numbers. You keep all rights to your content; you let us process it only to provide the service.
Credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs, never expire and have no cash value. 1 credit unlocks one dispute package, including 2 free revisions. Previews are free.
Fair use. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive use. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Emails. Using the service means we email you sign-in links and receipts you request. After a purchase we may send one follow-up email asking how it went. We send newsletters only if you confirm a sign-up, and every follow-up or newsletter email has an unsubscribe link that we honor. See the Privacy Policy.
